A place to try out new crafts and inspirations I find
This is for the challenge at Gingersnap Creations 'Resolutions' It fits in because I 'think' about them but, like most people, they don't seem to get much further than the 6th of January! It's a stamped image with a touch of watercolour, she has a nice sparkle finish on her wings, but the camera hasn't picked that up. A Prima flower and a brad have been added, the background stamp is from Crafty Individuals, I use that one a lot.
These are for the challenge 'Frosty'. I love the image...so I've used it twice. The image is from a vintage magazine cover, decoupaged and her fur is highlighted with glitter and a snow pen, which gives a 3d snow effect, that's fun to use. She has tiny accent beads and rhinestones in her hair and more accent beads around the edge of the ATC, on the first I've used flower soft polar white, though it doesn't show very well in the pic
This is a card using the photograph for the challenge this week. This is the only card I've made using red, love the photograph of the little girls. The flowers are Prima topped with punched snowflakes in red, and finished with some red gems

This is for the sketch challenge. It's the first time I've worked from a sketch, so it was very interesting, I usually make it up as I go along...like most things. The background paper is Anna Griffin
This is an ATC for the Three Muses Challenge 'Bottles and Jars'. I used a photo of a jar then popped a photo of the little fairy on, after giving her a little colour, covered the jar with acetate to try and give it a more 'glassy' look
Hers's my ATC for the challenge 'Dance With Me' on Crazy Amigos. The attatched card is a dance card for ladies to fill in with the names of the gentlemen who wish to dance with them........where did romance go......?
